MitoQ^® has completed Phase II proof of principle trials. Antipodean is continuing to apply its proprietary technology to synthesize additional mitochondria-targeted compounds. The lead candidates for follow-up products are MitoTocopherol, MitoAscorbate, MitoLinoleic and the spin-trap MitoPBN (phenylbutylnitrone). Further research and clinical development targets are being evaluated by our scientific advisory board and key opinion leaders.
