Antipodean has completed pre-clinical studies for MitoQ® and has developed the compound into a stable orally bioavailable formulation. The Phase I trial has been completed and showed the compound to have favorable pharmacokinetic properties, enabling once daily dosing. The Phase II trials have been completed in patients with liver inflammation and patients with Parkinson's Disease. The trials were conducted in New Zealand and Australia.
